Travel itinerary for student visa

Is it somehow possible to get one for a return flight after 5 years as i seriously doubt it? Can i show any alternative as my visa was rejected previously as they did not believe that i will return back home.

Has nothing to do with showing you have a flight to return home given airlines dont even accept bookings more than approx 330 days from the booking date. It likely more to do with the fact or combination of facts that your course, your experience and your home ties do not the way you have presented show a solid intent to return to your home country once you have finished your course

well i am pretty sure what the reasons were as i didn't show any investment and property. This time i am doing that. The reason was ties with Pakistan are not strong so they are going to get strong. However is there anything else that i can do to make them believe that i will return? I am also attaching a job letter too in the course i was accepted to here in Pakistan.
