Do we need to upload all the travel entry which is in the pass port for
PR submission… My concern is I have lost my pass port with some entry and exit dates. What I have to do for it .. pl help me in this

You will have to enter all travel history.
In case of loss of dates, give a tentative date (or if you a copy of air tickets to check) and explain in LOE that those are not actual dates of entry due to loss of passport.
