Travel History

I live in USA and was born in India.
The Canda PR application requires travel history for every country visited apart from country of residence and birth.
Once on my way to USA, I was give a 24 hour entry in France as my plane had some technical fault.
Should I mention that in my travel history?

If the transit visa stamping was made on your passport, then there is no problem in atleast mentioning it in your LOE.
