Travel History Updates

Hi All,

Please suggest if I am already in Canada from last 2 years and while updating my application after getting ITA (Express entry) under the "Travel History" section of the "Personal History" do I need to update the Travel Details of India to Canada travel and my Stay in Canada as a Travel history i.e. Outside my Country of of Citizenship (India)?
