I was in the US for 7 years, during those 7 years I traveled to India once. Now I am in India again.

The online application asks to list all the trips other than those to country of residence/country of origin.

Do I need to list the trip between Indian and US?

I was about to ask a similar question so I'm going to try piggy back here.

When get an ITA, I'm optimistic, will I have to fill in a report of ALL travel made since I was 18? No matter how short the trip?

If travelled a lot, like a real lot , for business etc so wondering if I should start on that now.

Well technically you dont need to mention that travel. But its just ONE travel - I would add it to the travel history section. You would have to either way mention when you moved to your new residence country.

@gavin south africa - Yes, you need to mention each and every travel you have made since you were 18 (I think its last 10 years, i dont remember exactly. You can check it later)
the only exception is travel between country of residence and home country... like for Ex Im Indian, living in UAE. i dont need to mention travel between UAE and India and vice versa. But every other country I would have to declare.

Oh wow, this is going to be a pain to put together. Thanks I'll start jotting it all down
