Hi guys,
I am an Egyptian citizen living in the US and I have travelled between the US and Egypt several times, should I include these trips in my travel history?

They have mentioned the following:
"Provide details of any trips karim kamel has taken outside his/her country of origin or of residence in the last ten years (or since his/her 18th birthday if this was less than ten years ago). Include all trips: tourism, business, training, etc."

I think that I shouldnt include these travels, whats your advice?

Thanks.

You should. There will be stamps for this on your passport and they will wonder why you didn't reveal this

+1 to what huckingfell said.

Look at your passport, use the immigration stamps as a basis for marking the duration of your trips abroad and document the number of days/months. If the cumulative (i.e. total) is greater than six months, you'll need a PCC from that country.

Sorry guys I am really confused. For example back in 2011 my country of residence and citizenship was Egypt and I have travelled to Germany for a week, Should I include my trip back from Germany to Egypt or just the trip from Egypt to Germany ?

Just mention the time period you were in Germany. You can get the exact dates from the passport stamps
