Travel history - not enough line

Hello All,

I have travel more than 15 times out of Canada after PR. I will apply to renew my PR card. So, there are only 5-6 lines on the form. How can I write all my travel history? Second and third page for the form?

Any experience with this?

Add an additional sheet of paper and title the same as the question they are asking. Make a note of it on you application form.
