Hello Everyone,

While filling out the travel history of myself and my family members, I got little confused. For some reason I cannot specify that a particular travel was made by my father or mother or even myself.

Is it supposed to be that way? I thought there would be some place to mention who actually traveled during that period.

Please help.

Thank you

You do not have to state the travel history of your parents.

Such question does not refer to your parents but to your dependents.

So, my answer would be a NO right for that question?

And since we are in the topic of family members, while creating the EE profile, I mentioned that I have a aunt(from my mothers side) in Canada. I did not get any point for that though. And now they are asking for a relationship proof. Honestly, to prove that she is my aunt with a relationship document is very difficult. Now, I am thinking not to include her in my PR application, so that I wont have to produce a proof of relationship. But I am worried it will be a lying from my side given I mentioned her before and now I am not.

Please advice

Assuming you're a CEC applicant or a FSW that doesn't need the points under the six selection factors then remove her from your application and state in a LOE that it doesn't affect your eligibility.

I'm not a magician so I can't answer your other question as I do not know your marital status.

It won't be lying to remove her; however, if you are an FSW candidate (and not CEC or FST) you need to figure out if you still remain eligible (i.e. still have 67 or more points on the FSW eligibility index) if you remove her from your application, which will subtract 5 points from your FSW eligibility score. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/apply-factors.asp

If losing those 5 points brings your FSW eligibility score below 67, then you need to keep her on your application and find a way to secure the proof.

Hmm.. Thank you for your insights. I am a FSW candidate and I am still eligible without those points. I will try to find a way to prove that she is my aunt if not then I will remove her from the application.

Thank you again.
