travel history- crossing border by driving

In the last 2 years, I crossed Canadian border by driving from Ontario to Michigan and back several times. I do not remember the dates. Most times, I entered from Ontario to Michigan and returned back either the same day or next.

At the border, they do not stamp the passport for entry/exit etc.

So, now I do not remember the dates.
Do I need to include these dates on the travel history?

Not sure if applicable but maybe start by requesting US entry data ?
