Travel Document / Passport - Need for Translation? and What to Upload?

Hey guys, I've got a few questions:
1. My passport has visa and entry/exit stamps to a middle eastern country in Arabic text. Do I have to translate these pages to English?
2. If yes, where do I upload - placeholder for travel document / passport (right after the affected pages OR at the end) OR LOE placeholder?
3. Are we to scan all pages in current passport (whether stamped or not) OR only the data page plus those pages with visa and stamps?
4. I intend to also include visa and stamped pages for my 2 previous passports. Is this OK?

1- No, I mentioned them in travel history and they didn't ask for updates
3- All stamps
4- I did so to "prove" travel history. Joined everything in one PDF added an intermediate page called "Previous passports" to separate
