Travel Canada-Europe-India and return

Hi all,

This might be a bit off topic, apologise for that!
I would travelling to New Delhi, India from Toronto. All the flights I have seen till date have a stop at either London, Zurich, Frankfurt, Amsterdam.....or other european cities for a few hours. My fear is, do I need to get a transit visa for this? I do not intend to go out of the airport. I wish I could get a direct flight!

I have an Indian passport and a Canadian Visa(not PR).

You do not need a transit visa at London, UK:
