If you travel overseas for 10 days and mention in the travel history, then is it also necessary to mention in the address history (since there was no fixed address during travel)?

No. Address history is only for your permanent addresses (your place of residence).

Only when you move house should you list a new address.

Trips go into travel history only.

Thanks.
And if I stay in a country on a work permit in a temporary address, then shall I mention it in the address history?

What does that mean? Did you give up your primary place of residence to move there? How long was the deployment for?

I was in Scotland for a period of two years (but used to make visits to my primary place of residence, that's my home in my current country). So when I finished my assignment i returned home again.

For this period, Scotland became your country and place of residence because you actually lived there (not just visited).

You should list your Scottish address in the address history.

Thanks for the clarification. (:
