My friend has been nominated by a province. That province accepted ONE affidavit signed by the translator, stamped by a lawyer and a list of documents that were translated by him.
I just got off the phone with CIC and now they say that: EACH AND EVERY DOCUMENT TRANSLATED MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN AFFIDAVIT. DOES ANYONE ELSE HAVE ANY REFERENCE OR SHOULD I CALL CIC AGAIN TO SEE IF I GET A DIFFERENT ANSWER? PLEASE REPLY AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
THANK YOU

Only one affidavit, listing all the documents that it relates to, per language is needed and sufficient. See also my answer to you here:
