Dears senior;
I have some certificates and some documents like PCC from Dubai it is writing it two language (Arabic and English) in same paper; So still I need to translate it or I should just make photocopy from that document and stamp it from Notary??

Thanks :) :)

As long as you have a translated copy -- in your case -- on that same document, then that is good to go.

my dear..
I mean the certificate it is writing in two language Arabic and English; so no need to translate it?
In addition; if it is not require to translate so I should stamp it from Notary?

Thanks a lot ..

What I assume from your post is that the documents has two languages. One Arabic and other English containg the same details of information i.e. first in one language and then in the other. If that is the case then no need to translate or get it notarised.

thank you boss..
but still I have other question? ;D ;D

I should submit my document to visa office these days, so I confuse about Forms which one I should submit it; the photocopy of initial application with old signature date or write new one with new date??
please guys give me your experience in this topic??
:) :)

you can submit new forms with new dates. This way, you can change any mistakes that you may have made.

But; I remember found on the official site one time it is recommended that to make 2 photocopies one to send it to CHC and the other for my record.
now.. I confuse because my photocopy it is on previous date; so I send it as it is or fill it again in existing date??

anybody submit his application to visa office can answer this question please??

You can submit a photocopy of the forms you sent to the CIO as long as you sign them again (instructions require ORIGINAL signatures on the application you submit to the visa office). However, if anything changed in the application you need to make the change and add a cover letter highlighting the change and explaining the reason for the change.

In terms of the date, it doesn't matter if the copies have the previous date. Just sign again (and date it, if you wish).

O.K. my dear..
thanks for your cooperation.
that is mean I need to fill again which page have date and signature like (additional family information form)?

You just need to sign again (so put your signature again next to the photocopy of your signature). Unless there has been a change you don't need to change anything.
