Hello,
I need to provide work experience documents, but I have them an Arabic. Is it enough to translate them in my home country and get them certified from my country's ministry of foreign affairs ?

Documents should be translated from a Certified Translator.
 
The employment certificate issued by my employer does not include the job description. I have been provided with a scanned document enlisting the job description as per my my Job title dating back to 2015. This document was approved by all the management personnel necessary.

Can we have it translated from Legal Translation services?

Do we need to get that document further attested or the notary attestation is enough?

Does it cause any harm if are submitting more than one document for work experience purpose?

If that's your previous job, then its fine. It should be in CIC format and translation from a certified agency is enough. They will notarize it themselves.

Usually one document is enough.

This is my current job. Is it still fine to submit one document stating my period of employment with other details. And the other stating the job description.

There is no problem in that.
