Translation of stamps in passport : 2 different answers from CIC Help please!!!

I called CIC yesterday and the lady put me on hold to check, when she came back she said it was strongly advised to get foreign stamps (not in english or french) translated.
Today I called and spoke to another agent and she said NO, as it not mentionned on the test invitation, so I do not need to do it.
What would you advise? Who is right here?

Why dont you just get them translated? If cost is not an issue, thats what I would do. If for some reason you get an RQ then you will have to.

Save RQ chances take translate all foreign stamp take with you along with your
original passport if they raise query at time of interview show them, also if you
have a time take the health card and CBSA report.... and as well T4 that will
definitely help..
