I got a request for a translation of my bank account details from Chinese to English or get a letter from my bank confirming the balance in my account and that funds are free from all encumbrances by Canada Immigration. Can anyone that had a similar situation share a template of this letter because my bank is not willing to write any letter? They claimed that they only provide bank statements.
