I want to apply for express entry. I want to provide the requirement documents. I have got my PhD in Canada but MSc and BSc in my country. I have certified (official) translations of any document not in English to which a copy of the original document is attached (sealed). However, the copy does not have any stamp showing that it is a certified copy. Do I need to have certified copy of each document that is not in English?

Quoted from CIC website

Unless we tell you otherwise, all supporting documents must be in English or French.

If it is not in English or French, you must send it with:

  • the English or French translation and
  • an affidavit from the person who completed the translation and
  • a certified photocopy of the original document

Could you put the link of CIC website from where you quoted?

Since you have PHD from Canada, no need of transcripts. You can apply under PhD Education.

What do you mean by "apply under PhD Education"?
What about the following documents?
- Birth certificate.
- Police certificate.
- BSc and MSc transcripts.

If you are applying for PR and if you have PhD education, no need of BSc and MSc transcripts.
Birth certificate is only required if you are applying under PNP, if you apply under direct invitation, then no need of that
Police certificate is required only after ITA.
