Hi,

I'm a peruvian 17 years-old and I'm currently applying for a transit visa. In august, I'll be taking a flight with a stopover in Toronto. This flight is very important to me because my final destination is France, where I'll be studying for the next three years, so my mother and my little sister will come with me in order to help me to settle in.
However, I have some problems with my application, mostly because my parents speak only spanish, so I have to take charge of all the formalities such as the letter of explanation andthe forms, which I find pretty confusing.
Therefore, I have plenty of questions, but, mainly, I'd like to know how to write my letter of explanation (maybe there is an example) and if it has to be written in english, french or spanish.
Thanks in advance and excuse my english!

You may want to avoid transiting through Toronto/Canada. Transit visas can take just as long (or even longer) as a regular visitor visa in terms of processing time + no guarantees of approval especially for your mom and sister
