We have the VH-1 Transit visa and will arrive from Philippines to Vancouver Sept 27th at 11am and fly to Mexico September 28th at 8am.
I have two questions:
1- Can we exit the airport during this 21 hour layover?
2- What happens with the luggage? Do we keep this with ourselves after passing through Customs and Immigration in Vancouver and then check it in at the Westjet counter the next morning?
