Transit Visa dates

I am filling in an application for Canadian transit visa and have some questions:

On page 3 - Details of Visit Canada. I plan to fly to Nassau from Paris via Toronto on 26th April and back from Nassau to Paris also via Toronto on 10th May.

Which dates shall I fill in “*From” respectively ”*To”? Will it be correct if I fill in 26th April in “From” and 10th may in “To”? Or need I 2 transit visas, one for the initial trip and the second one for my return trip?


And another question: I’ll change planes in Toronto Pearson, shall I fill “Toronto Pearson Int. Airport” in “Name of any institutions visited”?
