Transferring programs in same school & study permit extension. PLEASE HELP

I have an urgent question please,

If I want to transfer programs in my school and I have a valid study permit, can I leave Canada and come back September 2020 on the same study permit in a new program and I will extend it when I arrive?

your question is not a proper question due to the last part. try to phrase it properly.

if you are just changing programmes within the same school you do not need to change your permit. but why september 2020? cant you change for the coming winter term instead?

nope. My question is, will the immigration officers allow me back in the country if i take a big leave from the next month to next september 2020?

what a weird question. you mean you are skipping school for a term? if so, get official approval first

Basically, I will apply again from the beginning to the college for another program, I am currently in Canada. I will leave Canada next month, and come back to attend the same school from the BEGINNING on the same study permit with a different program.

then i believe you need a new study permit since the school will report you for not studying during the winter term.

I will go back home during this duration, so yeah.
