Transferring from college to a university

Hello,

I have recently been accepted in Niagara College in the majors (Advanced Diploma) :
1) Mechanical Engineering
2) Civil Engineering

But i want to do "Bachelors in Architecture". My question is, can i transfer to a university offering that bachelors degree after spending 1 semester in Niagara college and what will be the procedure.
Will appreciate the help.
