Transferred credits from diploma to degree

I have a diploma in mechanical technician (2 year program) from a Canadian university and then transferred my credits to a Hungarian university for Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering which is originally a 4 year program but because I transfered my credits I only attended 2 years in the university for bachelors. My question is am I eligible for
Two or more certificates, Diplomas or Degrees points?
