Transfer: SPP to Non-SPP College

Hi Experts/Seniors,

Please provide your valuable inputs.

If I get LOA's for 2 year PG Diploma course from two diff. colleges (SPP & Non-SPP) for same intake (Sept.15) but get the visa on the basis of SPP LOA.
After reachin canada, can I change to Non-SPP college. Since I got two year student visa on SPP college LOA, would it make any difference or impact later on during PGWP or PNP process ?
