Transfer of files from LVO to Paris VO

Can someone educate me on this transfer of files, which files are being transferred...are these area specific, or that someone who applied before such n such date will be transferred to PVO. Is PVO better than LVO when it comes to processing timelines ! Thanks

hasni have been asked for your medical after submitting updated documents.........or you send any inquiry to visa officer........

no clue on what basis they have transferred the cases , but I feel lucky to get it transfer to PVO and done with visa........
