Transfer of fee from one college to another

I have offer letter from one college of Toronto(May intake) and NAIT college of Edmonton(September Intake). I will go to Toronto in April. Is it possible that i move to edmonton and transfer my fee from toronto's college to NAIT? Please let me know if its possible and let me know the procedure. Thanks in advance.

1. You would have to get a refund from Toronto college (if they give you one) and use the refund to pay NAIT.
