You will to go in person to the deans or Registrars office to apply for acedemc transcripts. If you run after your application you will get in 2-3 days otherwise it takes 10-15 days. Fee is between Rs. 100- 500. Carry all of your marksheet and degree.

Yes, what Explorer said is correct. You have to approach the institution in which you studied and submit an application. Most of them will charge a fee. Sometime it will take much time to issue one.
