Do you need to upload transcripts for your current program which has not been completed yet? The document checklist just says transcripts without specifying for which of your programs.
Unless you want points for a degree, you dont need to upload any transcripts as far as I know.
Assuming its a foriegn degree, you need to have it evaluated by ECA. For that the degree needs to be completed.
