transcripts : enfield and experts

i don't have transcripts , my agent is asking me to file visa with original documents ( b.com 1st 2nd and 3rd year certificates) is it okay? [ if i apply for transcripts now my university(osmania uni.hyderabad) will take 15working days to issue] ? and my agent is like layer , he submits my file to GEEBEE oversee education in mumbai and they will file for visa with mumbai vfs.. can i submit my visa file here in hyderabad vfs ?

Hi,

1. Your agent is an intelligent fool. You do NOT need transcripts to apply for visa (India). Transcript is required ONLY for admission purpose. For visa application, you need ONLY photocopies (without attestation) of original marksheets.
2. Why GEEBEE? Why mumbai VFS? Why agent? Simply, put off your visa application at Hyderabad VFS.
3. Download all required visa application at www.vfs-canada.co.in/visaapplication.html In case you have any difficulty in filling up forms, get your application filled at Hyderabad VFS by paying Rs. 100 extra.
 
but enfield, while filling form we sholud mention the agents name... whose name shld i mention here... my agent or GEEBEE's . on my offer letter GEEBEE's name is there.. and i don't have the original offer letter
 
One thing I always say: if you use a agent or some firm to help you submit your document, you need to learn more than what you know now about the visa. Don't get me wrong. The reason why I am saying is : You can always get helped from the forum and by reading the documents from cic site. Don't waste your money and time.

Hi,

1. Yes, mention GEEBEE as the same is on your offer letter.
2. You can use the photocopy of the original offer letter. It's NOT required to submit the original offer letter. CHC need ONLY factual information to cross verify your LOA.
 
thanks enfield, GEEBEE consultancy is in mumbai, so if i apply in hyderabad,.. would there be a problem ???
