Transcripts documents from Shivaji University india

I have completed my BE from Shivaji University Kolhapur india in 2010 and now I want to apply for Canada pr. For that reason could you please let me know process for getting transcripts from university.
Also whether we need to send transcripts to Wes or university should send it by courier?

You need to contact your university by phone, email or in-person and inquire them about the process of obtaining transcripts. They would require you to fill up a form, attach some documents, such as your degree copy, copies of marksheets, copy of your address proofs, and pay a fee for the issuance of transcripts.

Also, ask your university to put the transcripts in a sealed and stamped envelope and mail it directly to WES via India Post's Speed Post and have them give you the tracking ID, so that you can track the package yourself.
