Hi My Passport and Birth Certificate have July 17, 1991, as my dob (correct). But my transcript dob has August 17, 1991, Will it affect for express entry procedures. How can I resolve this issue? Need help !

Because for getting my graduation transcript from the university they need my 10th certificate for DOB verification. Which is wrong. Infact they won't consider any other documents.
