Two Options are there.
1. Visit College and university to get it done by your own. Apply get DD in university name and they will call you after 30 days or more and ask them for direct shipment as they dont have it.
2. I have used Uttarika service and they got it ready in 7 days and also they arranged for direct shipment. Contact person Ms. Kanchana and contact number is 8030752740 she will help you getting it done
