Hello, I am in the middle of my Citizenship application, almost done, just need to pay the online fees but I am currently stuck here. Tried paying 2 times, message says, "Your Payment has not been approved" and received receipt numbers for both the transactions. I am in Canada and using a Canadian Credit Card.

Any suggestions?

Check with your bank…..call the number in the back of the credit card
