I am an international student already studying in Canada. My study permit is due for extension in November 2013 as i have registered for another Grad. certificate program.
I have to following traffic violations as on July 1st 2013:
* Class G1 License Holder - Unaccompanied by qualified driver
* Class G1 License Holder - Driving on prohibited highway
* Speeding 115km/h in a posted 100km/h zone
My question is, how will these violations affect my status as an international student in Canada? Is it possible that i may be refused for study permit extensions or PGWP? How will it affect my future PR application?
