In 2012 I was pulled over for an unregistered vehcile (didn't pay it in time), which ended up being a court case and outcome was $200 fine (didn't have to go to court and no suspensions were made on my drivers licence or anything). This has appeared on my national police clearanxe.

Questions)

- Do I need to answer to 'yes' when answering the question of my visa application 'have you been charged with a criminal offence? Or is this a traffic offense?
- Will I have issues with getting a working holiday visa or will this be okay?

Thank you so much!

Cheers,

Pam

1. It is not a criminal offence in Canada.
