Hi all,

I just received my PCC and it shows an archived record from 2005. I was involved in a traffic accident which resulted in a death (woman jumped in front of my car on the freeway and I was not found guilty) however a public prosecution was filed against me and I was fined. I paid the fine, the case was closed and everyone went their way. I was not detained nor incarcerated during the ordeal.

My questions are,

1) Does this mean automatic rejection?
2) Should I answer yes to the statutory question "Has [my name] ever committed, been arrested for, been charged with or convicted of any criminal offence in any country.
3) My wife is the main applicant, does this change anything?

Any input will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks
