Hi, this is my 1st post, sorry if its been covered but I'm trying to find out if I actually need my trade certificate assessing at all.

I'm getting conflicting information. I'm scoring zero on my CRS score. is this because I'm selecting no when asked if I have an ECA?

I'm 34, single and never married, I have NVQ city and guilds in NOC 7321 (heavy diesel mechanic) with 15 years experience , I've taken my ILETS, and Scored 7.5, 7.5, 8 and 6. I have more than enough funds, so I'm scratching my head as to why I'm getting what seems like an automated Letter as from the info I'm providing I should be scoring.

Is the lack of ECA stopping me from scoring and how do I get a trade certificate assessed!

Thank you for your time!

To even be eligible for EE, you need a minimum score of 67. What is your score. Without an ECA, you probably are not eligible for EE. You can‘t get a trade certificate assessed by an ECA. You need to look at provincial regulations to get a certificate of qualifications. Difficult to get a provincial license without working and living in Canada. The other option is get a job offer.
