Tracking you PR application with CIC account

I found on this forum that we can link our PR application to the CIC account. It is much better than ECAS as we can really track every step of all checks and stuff

But Quebec is available on Aug 18. Has anybody tried it yet?

They mention AUG 18 as a date for Quebec. But one of the forum members managed to link his paper application dated 2014 to this account. But hs stream is regular Federal Skilled Worker. But it also says that availablr in June but he managed to do this.

I PMed the guy who popped the news. He managed to link his 2014 FSW paper application though the site informs that this option will be available later.
