Hello, i submitted my wife sponsorship application couple of weeks back at Mississauga office, not sure if there is a way to track the application. Can i call them and ask if they are working on my application?

You will need to receive an acknowledgement letter from them. Cause it will contain the information you need to put in to track it.
Or maybe you already have a UCI number. (Universal Client Identifier).
But as far as I know the application is not yet in the ECAS system until they send you a letter.
