TR to PR pathway for essential workers (non-health care)

I am waiting for my police certificate and clearance from my home country. Is there anyway that I can still apply under this immigration program stating that I'm just waiting to hear from the other authorities and giving them some kind of proof that my police clearance is under process? Its taking a lot of time. I don't know what to do. Please help!

Currently there's no way to add additional documents to your existing TR to PR application, they're rejecting any webform, and there's no guarantee they'll ask you for those additional docs later, so I'd suggest to wait until you get all the documents.
