According to the information I have gathered on this forum, the COPR will be sent again after an EE applicant has returned to Canada if that applicant responds to a COPR email that they live in another country. However, I wonder if such a process could be applied to TR2PR applications. I would greatly appreciate it if someone could help me answer the following questions.
1. I know that being in Canada is indicated in the TP2PR eligibility list. So, if I were to report to IRCC that my address has changed to another country, would that change automatically result in a denial? Or rather, would I have to disclose my physical presence status in response to the COPR once I receive it?
2. If I am asked to do additional medical tests, can I do them at a panel physician outside of Canada?
3. If I change my address to another country (less than 6 months), will I be asked to provide a criminal record check in the country where I currently reside?
Thank you s much for your attention and time! I'm grateful for any advice that I could receive.
