Tourist Visa

Hello everyone.

I arrived a few days ago as a tourist, the immigration officer put an arrival stamped on my passport dated on that day.

my question is the immigration officer didn't put my length of stay here in canada or date until when i can stay here. it's only
the arrival date stamp. what should i do?

Second the immigration officer and customs officer didn't gave me a copy of my Traveller declaration card the E311, there's
no carbon copy as well on that form. please advice what to do.

You were allowed in for the default six months.

Copies of the declaration cards aren't given out. I'm not sure why you need this information or expected to get it.

I'm not sure why you need this information or expected to get it.

A significant number of countries give you a portion of the landing card after you have been admitted to the country that you need to return to immigration on exit. It's like everyone gets a visitor record.

thank you scylla. i was just wondering, as i was having a bank transaction here in canada they are asking for my landing card. i can't present any, only the arrival stamp in my passport. thank you
