I had someone tell me that it was possible to post a bond ($10,000-$20,000) to help secure a tourist Visa for a girlfriend to come to Canada for a visit of a couple months. Is this true? Is there such thing? She is unemployed by outside sources and works on the family fish farm, so very hard to prove income and such, thus our question as need to find a solution. Does anyone know of such a process posting a "bond"?
