I mean when I apply on 1st October 2022, so then for which month flight booking and hotel reservation is necessary.

the booking/reservation dates should be same as you are mentioning on the application form like if your travel plan is from November 15 to November 30 then you need to book for these dates nov 15 to nov 30 like that

Do not book any flights or hotel. It is fine to only give proposed itinerary. It specifies on the instructions that you should not book a flight.
