Tourist visa refused after re applying and got message on email after refusal

invited family member from India on Family function here in Canada.
Tourist visa refused Nov 28th .
Re apply and submitted online this time from Canada Dec 3rd and involve MP to submit letter as supporting document . MP office mentioned that once application submit online they will email CIC directly .

Dec 10th - Online status showed Refused
Dec 11th - MP letter was sent from MP office directly by email
Dec 11th - received notification that application has been updated
Dec 11th - checked online it shows " new message " on SUBMISSION APLICATION ( it was showing before on Dec 5th with File number reference)
After clicking on " New Message " button it take on same Application number letter that was showing earlier on Dec 5th .

BUT , at present "the current status" and "Final decision " showing REFUSED.

Should I wait for status update ?
Are they Re considering the application after MP letter came directly ?
will I receive refusal letter or other letter again ?
Will they update website with new date of decision ?

please reply if anyone experience same situation , as we have been waited for 3 days already and nothing updated on website .

Letters from MP’s have little or no bearing on IRCC decisions to approve or deny a TRV (or anything else for that matter). MPs are not allowed to influence the decision.
