Tourist Visa for Parents of a new PR Holder

Hi All,

I have recently got PR and am planning to take my parents with me on Tourist visa for a month or 2 months with me. As I have recently got PR and have not landed yet, can I apply for their tourist visa?

I know that I will have to declare my PR status in their application and also their ties back to India. We have our home in the name of my mom and shop in the name of my father.

So, they have tie back here in India. And the reason to go on tourist visa would be to help me to settle down initially.

Will there be any issue on the same? If yes then what?

Also, for 2 people for 2 months' stay - considering the fact that we all 3 will be living together, how much amount do we need to show?

Short advice:
Do not apply for your parents until a few months AFTER you have landed and settled in.... else it would seem like your parents are moving with you = Long-term stay = High chances of TRV refusals
