Hi Aman,

If I am not mistaken.... Canada Tourism Commission (CTC) - which works closely with the Canadian High Commission - has started the Tourist Partner Program as part of its marketing strategy to promote Canada as a tourist destination among outbound international travelers from India.

With this in view, recommended travel agents are ratified and given a 'preferred visa agent' status..... which will facilitate increased visa acceptance rates. There are probably 25 such preferred agents in India currently.

You may want to check with (for example) Cox and Kings, in India, for more clarity on the matter and more information

No, I do not really know which travel agents have been given a 'preferred agent' status. I think Cox and Kings, in India, could be one such agent.

No one can guarantee a visa. It all depends on the documents, evidence, circumstances, etc that are submitted by the applicant
