And there are some things I don't know for sure. But when I did the other test.. the FSWP one I got like 83 out of 100

As long as you have at least 67 points, you qualify to apply under Express Entry. For the FSW scoring system, having more points has never made a difference. All that matters is having at least 67 points. Having more points has never resulted in preferential treatment (either under the new or old system).

I know the processing fee is $550. How much do they expect you to immigrate with ?

It's on the CIC web site - you need to be able to show you have somewhere between $12K and $13K in savings to qualify.

FYI - $550 is not the total fee. Total fees are between $1K and $2K.

486. This is totally ballpark as it doesn't take into account my common law partners english, study or work experience.

It would really be so much easier if you just applied under family class with your common-law partner sponsoring you. Steps are very simple and would be no need to leave Canada. Would just require some months where you can't work.
1. Apply for visitor status extension
2. While in Canada, apply for common-law sponsorship INLAND with OWP app
3. Receive OWP in around 4 months, continue to live and work in Canada while app is processed
