Start with ECA and IELTS.
For ECA you can use WES.

Use the CRS tool to calculate your prospective score

IELTS is the first step to this process. Try and get CLB 9 on the test.

After this or simultaneously start the process for your ECA.

Once you get these two things done, you will have a clear idea how to proceed with your application.

Thanks a lot for your response, i tried the ECA yesterday registration yesterday, they were asking for 200$ and 85$ to send me the hard copy of the assessment, is this legit pls?

What was the organisation?

$200 + GST (should be for ECA)

Around $25 (maximum) to send the hard copy via Express. $7 for Regular Mail. They should automatically transmit electronic copy to CIC.

This is for WES. Each organization can charge what they want.
